Admittedly, Brad Penny found it hard to accept his dismal performance in the wake of two of his most productive years on major league baseball. In 2007, he went 16-4 with an ERA of 3.03 and ranked third in the voting for the National League’s Cy Young award. During the same year, he made it to the All-Star team, just as he did the previous year. With a 4.33 ERA going 16-9 in 2006, Brad Penny made the All-Stars playing for the Dodgers. Penny is 94-75 in his nine-year baseball career with the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Florida Marlins – Penny was in the roster when the Marlins won the World Series in 2003. Read more...
